Helen Armstrong

 (MBACP Accredited)

I come from the person-centred tradition of counselling which focuses on your entire well-being, helping you to develop a better relationship with yourself; this resulting higher level of self awareness can allow you to live life in a more satisfactory, fulfilling and meaningful way.

I have a broad range of experience working with adults and teenagers/young people, dealing with relationship issues, low self-esteem, anger management, anxiety and depression, loss and abuse.

(Member of the Association of Coaching)

I hold a Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). I work face to face, online (zoom) or via telephone.

Coaching is a partnership process over an agreed number of sessions, which can help you discover answers to your most difficult work and life challenges. The coaching process can help you to stop and focus, gain more insight in to your situation, clarify goals for the future and implement strategies to achieve them. My coaching style is one that will support, encourage and stretch you to new heights. The result is a more self-aware, committed, action-oriented you, much better placed to achieve important personal and professional goals.
